Check the dates and details. Only acceptance and confirmation turn a request into a binding booking. The operational flow is tested locally with synthetic data.

Create related invoices and keep track of documents. External invoicing and real delivery need separate integration and approval.
Offer discount codes
Set up discount codes with suitable conditions. These reduce booking prices; they are not gift vouchers with a cash balance.
